Brand: BIRLA SUN LIFE SARAL JEEVAN
Objectives: Launch of new product 'Saral Jeevan Life Insurance Policy'
Strategy: To generate curiosity amongst subscribers about the Birla's new product & generate responses.
Solution: Birla ran contextual teasers on most keywords including Cricket, Health, Word, Sensex and News. This created a buildup, which helped them achieve a relationship with the customer and generated a lot of curiosity. On the day of the launch, they ran a response ad announcing the product that also listed its advantages. Interested customers had to SMS SARAL to the shortcode. This help them generate decent numbers of leads which were shared with there call center for follow-up.
